The settlement at Great Guana Cay os one of the smallest in the central part of Abaco, it it is growing. The census of 2000 the population was 163. The cay's principal asset has long been its beautiful ocean beach, which is on of the widest in Abaco and extends almost the entire 5/12 mile length of the island. This beach made Guana a popular stop for cruisers for many years.
We have pulled into Fishers Bay in the Guana Cay and we are going into Grabbers which is a beach bar. Ross and I had the famous Grabber drink 3 rums and 3 juices whoa what a punch for sure. LOLOL They allow dogs to roam around without leashes Gigi played with a couple dogs her size she was having a ball.

We met Mike and Twyla from Marathon, Mike Sharp's friend.
Today we are going to Nippers and their famous Sunday pig roast. It is amazing with the best view of the ocean two salt water pools, and the famous Nippers rum punch. with fruit punch and 3 different kinds of rum. We went on the outside around Fisher's Bay to the Nipper;s dingy dock, we got there around noon and there was already many boats there tied up. You arrive in your swimsuits and enjoy the scenery. We ran into Mike and Twyila from Nauti Netty, they are Mike Sharps friend from the Marathon Marina Sombrero.
Ross and I have started to play some backgammon, it is pretty fun except when I have too much drink, I usually lose, Ha! Ha! The sunsets are so beautiful here unbelievable.
We took Gigi on the beach and let her run I put her in the water she doesn't like the waves at all. and then she rolls in the san thinking she is drying her self off when in reality she is making a total mess of herself.
