Homes on the New River

As we are going down the Intercoastal Waterway, there are some fun and unusual homes, with their decor as well. Here you can see an aligater no it is not real, but a fun addition to someone who lives here in Florida.

Las Olas (Fort Lauderdale, FL)

Here is Cool Change in Las Olas mooring field, we had dingyed to shore to walk around. Gigi has been a good sport and loves to sit up front in the breeze. She is so funny and loves to be with us, big people.

Another shot of Cool Change, you can see the mooring ball which is anchored to the bottom of the ocean by a large change.

This is a cool murel they painted on the bridge of a sailfish. It is very big.

You can see more of the bridge in this shot with the picture of the sailfish.

Gigi and Ross getting in the dingy going back to the boat.

Another closer view of the condos or apartments.

Gigi enjoying the view on our way to Fort Lauderdale.

A large shipping yard where this huge ship would pick up cargo and put it on for export.

We saw the Good Year Blimp.

Someone parasailing. Looks like fun.

Smiley face parasailing.

Strange looking buildings at different angles.

Sailing catamarran from Fort Lauderdale.

Cool looking tug boat.

A neat looking house on a corner lot. It was huge.

A neat looking speed boat.

I am not sure what this was either a huge mansion of some sort or a yacht club.
