Leaving Ft. Pierce city Marina,

Today we plan on leaving Ft. Pierce city Marina and head south to warmer climate and back to Coconut Grove, it will be a chilly drive,  Ross says we will make the most of it indoors, which is fine with me unless it warms up in the afternoon,  We will just have to bundle up.

Good bye Ft. Pierce. we are on our way to Coconut Grove, we hope to make the full trip and be done on Thursday, there is suppose to be a big storm on Friday.

 We are starting off bright and early the sun is just coming up, as we begin our next adventure into Coconut Grove.

Ross is getting the ropes ready as we  leave the dock.

 Gigi is ready to go another cool day.

Another chilly day as we drive on top.

We cam upon some dolphins as they followed us for a little bit.

There were some beautiful homes along the way.  Some of them were huge. That is what I would buy if I won the 1.5 billion dollar lottery.

We have to go under some bridges we were one of the lucky ones where we were short enough where we could go under the bridge without the bridge being raised.

This was a beautiful gold course along the inter coastal.

I made Ross some lunch and Gigi was begging and watching Ross eat it was funny.

 This is Tiger Woods home which was surrounded by a large hedge.

Here are some more large houses, that are beautiful.

Here is a large sailboat that is coming through the bridge.

Here are some jet skiers I think the water would be cold.

Here is a boat yard where they have boats in storage or for working on them.

Here is a shipyard where they  put containers on big ships and send the cargo overseas, it is pretty cool.

 These are empty cranes they are so big.

Ft. Pierce January 2016

We are at the airport getting ready to get on the plane and Gigi isn't too happy about it on this trip.  She is getting spoiled and wants to sit on our lap.

We have arrived  on Cool Change in Ft Pierce, FL we will be moving the boat back to Coconut Grove, FL

As you can see Gigi is wearing her sweater because it is very cool here.

We went to the Farmers Market, and there was a big stuffed dog and Gigi was checking it out.

They were selling these cool cedar chairs Ross was trying one out.

This is a piece of cedar the guy found on the beach which he carved into a fish and finished the first part and left the tail end natural wood, it was really neat looking.

This is my back yard for awhile on the dock. Sun is coming up.

 On my way to Jazzercise, here is Ross doing some chores.

These are some condos they have here, pretty nice.

This is the dock where we have our boat and this is some of our neighbors.

Gigi likes to chase the pigeons that are roosting.

This is the islands that they dredged up to protect the pier from hurricane force winds, apparently this whole dock was destroyed by a hurricane,  and they rebuilt everything.

This is the little park they have here full of palm trees.

 It was sooooo cold this morning poor Gigi with her no hair was so cold we had her bundled up and she didn't mind at all!!!!
